6. Handling the Annual Filing of Balance sheet and Profit and Loss account

7. Appointment of statutory Auditor and Cost Auditor under the companies Act, 2013

8. Shifting of registered office from one state to another

9. Merger, takeover and amalgamation. Handled the merger activities.

10. Charge matters i.e. filing of creation of Charge, satisfaction of charge etc.
